As a GIC consultant, you may be required to replace a staff member on a temporary or permanent basis; this requirement is accomplished at our client’s location, and is managed by GIC or directly by our client.  GIC will identify, screen and provide professionals that the organization requires.  We will speak with you throughout this process and we will select the right professional based on our client’s needs.  Also, we will monitor your progress and provide constructive feedback.
